Isn't it funny how quickly all the portion and point stuff all retires itself to the back of our heads ? Despite the fact that we have spent years learning it.. The great part is that we know exactly what we need to do to be successful.

i like the “flex points” idea. i could probably adapt a system like that for my calories. great work…well except with the exercise. what are you waiting for? get that booty in gear!
