Shrink for Good Week 3
I gained. It sucks. I’m over it.
Well, sort of.
I mean, I didn’t really expect much of a loss this week, because afterall, I did overindulge a little bit over the weekend. A couple of times. I didn’t go completely crazy, and I certainly don’t think it justified a 2.2 pound gain. At all. That’s right, I’m right back where I started for this challenge.
Like I said, I’m over it. I’ve been mad about it all day, and I’m picking myself up now, and moving on.
So far today I’ve done my EA Sports Active workout, I’ve counted my points, which included a 6 inch turkey sub from Subway, and I’m drinking my water.
