Weigh-in Week #5

I’m up 1.4. I can’t really say why I’m up, but I am. It’s stupid. I’m over it and ready to move on.

On a very happy note, I started the Team in Training Program to train for the San Diego Rock ‘n Roll 1/2 marathon this week. I am SO excited and pumped up!!

Next week, I know my weight will be back down. I’m sure of it. And I know that I’m going to be that much further along with my training, and hopefully my fundraising!

  • I know it will move, and I'm just so happy that even though I had a gain this week, I'm still in the 130s! WOOT! It's not all bad :)

    Great attitude, Christy! I find those weeks so tough, the weeks where I know I did everything right, but the scale tells me I didn't do enough. Unfortunately, I didn't do enough this week, and the scale called me on it. I'm getting back on track.

    So excited for you all re SD!! It's so exciting to see you all starting the training! And I WILL be over to donate, soon. My hub just made a major impulse buy, so our discretionary funds aren't what they should be! But the next one is mine, and it's all yours! Mwah!

    You are doing exactly what you should do when you end up on the scale. This starts another week and just get back on track (even if you weren't off track) and move on. Next week you will rock the scale!!
